CP Photo is a trade name (DBA) of Hickory & Willow LLC. CP Photo provides photography services in Delaware and surrounding areas, including youth sports photography, senior portraits, and family sessions.

Photos may be delivered via online galleries, digital download, or printed products depending on the session type and order. By using this website or booking services with CP Photo, you agree to these terms.

Services

CP Photo offers the following services:

• Youth sports photography — league, school, and team picture day events
• Senior portraits — individual sessions for high school seniors
• Family sessions — on-location or studio family portraits
• Events coordinated directly with leagues, schools, organizations, or individual clients

Service availability and scheduling are subject to capacity and geographic coverage. Not all services may be available at all times.

Orders & Fulfillment

Photo delivery and fulfillment may be handled directly by CP Photo or through third-party providers, depending on the type of session or order.

• Digital images may be delivered directly by CP Photo.
• Printed products may be produced and shipped by third-party providers or professional labs.
• Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the provider used.

CP Photo will communicate expected timelines when possible, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates when fulfillment depends on third-party providers.

Pricing & Availability

Pricing for sessions, packages, and individual products is subject to change. Prices displayed or quoted at the time of booking or order apply to that transaction.

Product availability — including specific print sizes, packages, or digital options — may vary depending on the session type and the providers used for fulfillment.

No Guarantees

CP Photo makes reasonable efforts to deliver quality, consistent photography across all sessions and events. However, photography involves variables outside our control — including lighting conditions, subject participation, weather, and venue constraints.

CP Photo does not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual subject, session, or event. We will always work in good faith to deliver the best results possible within the circumstances of each session.

Third-Party Services

CP Photo may use third-party providers to support service delivery, including providers for:

• Online photo galleries and delivery
• Payment processing
• Print fulfillment and shipping
• Website hosting
• Email and business communication

These providers operate under their own terms and policies, which may also apply to transactions or interactions processed through their systems. CP Photo is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

CP Photo retains copyright to all images created during sessions and events. Purchasing a photo package, digital download, or print product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying image.

Images purchased or delivered are for personal, non-commercial use only unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Commercial use of CP Photo images — including advertising, resale, or publication — requires prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CP Photo's liability for any claim arising from services or products is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or order involved. CP Photo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This includes situations where third-party providers experience delays, errors, or service interruptions outside of CP Photo's control.

Order Issues

If you experience a problem with an order — including missing items, print quality concerns, or delivery issues — please contact CP Photo directly. We review issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.

For issues involving third-party fulfillment providers, resolution may depend on the policies of the provider involved.

Youth Photography

Youth sports photography events are coordinated through leagues, schools, or organizations. Participation in picture day events is arranged through those organizations, not directly through CP Photo.

CP Photo does not control how organizations manage participant enrollment, consent, or communication. Questions about participation in a specific event should be directed to the organizing league or school.

Changes to Terms

CP Photo may update these terms periodically. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of this website or CP Photo services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
